All new clients are required to send over their pet's vaccination records and fill out ALL paperwork before they set up any services with us. For Daycare and Boarding, your pet MUST pass a free evaluation day which is scheduled Monday through Friday.
For all new clients, we ask that you fill out the Service Contract, Client Information Form, Pet Consultation Form, and initial our Policies packet prior to your first visit. Thank you!
For all new training clients, we ask that you fill out our Service Contract, Client Information Form, Training Waiver Form, Training Questionnaire Form, and we ask that you read through and initial all pages in our Policies packet prior to the first training class. For existing clients, we ask that you fill out the Training Waiver Form and Training Questionnaire prior to the first training class. Thank you!
We allow unaltered males and females in our facility. However, we reserve the right to turn away any unaltered males or females if we determine them inappropriate for group play at our facility. Females in heat are NOT allowed in our facility for Boarding, Daycare, or Training.
All new dogs must set up a free evaluation day in advance for daycare and boarding. While we strive to provide the best experience for all our clients, unfortunately there is no "one size fits all" daycare and boarding environment, so our resort environment may not be suitable for all dogs. If it is decided that your dog has failed our evaluation because our environment is not suitable for your dog, they will not be allowed back for any services (including daycare, boarding, grooming, or training).
