Deborah Vitale
Owner, ABC Certified Dog Trainer, Behavioral Specialist
Hello, my name is Deborah Vitale. I started in the pet care industry in 1995 with my In-Home pet care service, A Pet's Pal. In 2003, I graduated from the Animal Behavior College and I am now a Mentor Trainer for them. I have spent the last 25+ years studying and working with trainers from across the country and I specialize in Behavior Training and working with pet dog owners to create the best relationship with their dog. I also started a non-profit organization, Angel Supporting Animals, to support animal rescues, as well as rehabilitate and re-home dogs. Seeing a need in the industry, I opened Beaches in 2014. I pride myself on setting the standard in the pet care industry in everything I do. Providing excellent service and sharing my knowledge with my clients and staff has been my passion for over 25 years. I own 3 dogs of my own: Hachi, a 4-year-old German Shepard; Cody, a 12-year-old Golden Retriever; and Molly, a 9-year-old Staffordshire Terrier. I also have a Cockatoo named Skipper.

Hello my name is Kim, I am the Groomer and also Deborah’s sister. After many years working as a Dental Lab Tech, I decided to take my love for animals and my artistic talents to start a career in grooming. It just so happened at the same time I decided to make this change, my sister had decided to make a change of her own and open Beaches. Of course, she needed a Groomer, and the rest is history. I graduated from The Animal Behavior College and have been working at Beaches, as well as grooming for a veterinarian for the past 10 years. I am also the Vice President and Treasury for Angels Supporting Animals. I have a Golden Doodle named Piper, an Airdoodle named Morgan, and 3 birds.

Hello, my name is Dawn. I Graduated from Macomb Community College with a Small Business Degree. I have worked in management at Kmart and CVS. I have been here at Beaches since July of 2019 and I'm I love working here at Beaches because I love all animals and really enjoy customer service. My pack at home includes my Great Danes, Hershey and Gamble, and Trooper; Boxer/American Bulldog mix, Prince; 2 chinchillas, Jet and Ivory; a bearded dragon, Sam.

Hello, my name is Pam. I have been here at Beaches since the summer of 2021 and I love working here at Beaches! I love Spending time with the pets and enjoy working the front desk and helping out our clients. I have a dog, cat, and a lizard.

Hello! My name is Scott. I have been at Beaches for about 2 years. I have always been a dog person, and love to play with and hang out with all of my furry friends at Beaches. I have 2 dogs of my own, a Newfoundland Poodle mix named Emmett and an Olde English Bulldog named Mack. You can find me working in the back with the dogs, or helping out customers at the front desk.

Hi my name is Dee. I love working at Beaches, I have been here since Fall of 2023.
I enjoy greeting the dogs each day and helping clients with any questions regarding all our programs such as Boarding, Day Socialization, Training and Grooming. I'm here to help and make your experience the best it can be!
I adopted the facility's chinchilla's Ying and Yang they are living their best life along with my Pit Pointer mix Harley, Blue Heeler mix Princess Leia, and my 3 cats, Trouble, Skittles and Snickers.

Hello, my name is Rachel and I've been with Beaches since July 2021. Ever since I was a little kid I've always had a strong love for animals, and have always wanted to work with dogs. When my dogs were puppies we took them to puppy obedience classes, and I fell in love with it. It has always been something that has stuck in the back of my mind. I also wanted to do something that was rewarding and beneficial, so training helps strengthen the bond between owners, and pets so they both live a happier life together. I couldn't be happier to continue my journey here!

Hello, my name is Judy, I've been with Beaches since January 2024. I have been teaching Dog training in Obedience Agility and Conformation for over 4 Decades. I have titled multiple dogs to advanced obedience titles placing in the top 10 in the Us and Canada AKC National Obedience Invitational. I have owned large and small breed dogs. My real passion lies in training and certifying Therapy dogs which I have been doing for over 14 years. I currently have 2 Yorkies Horatio and my brand new puppy Noel.
Lifeguards: Back of house Staff working with the dogs. All Lifeguard staff and management are trained in Off-Leash Dog Play and Canine Body Language. Training Staff: are ABC Certified Dog Trainers through the Animal Behavior College.
